1. Everything from Kennedy Design is handmade to order therefore designs and colours can vary slightly. 2. When an order is placed a 50% deposit is required and is non refundable. Your order will be sent to you when the final balance has been paid. If the order is under £50 then full payment will be required at the time of ordering. I can accept cheques as payment from UK Banks or you can pay through Paypal, but this will mean a 4% charge will be added to the final price. 3. Most orders unless very small will be posted Royal Mail recordered delivery, which will require a signature on arrival. The cost will vary depending what it is and will be added to your invoice. Most of the larger pictures will not be available to post and therefore collection will have to be arranged or Royal Mail collection Service at an extra cost. Internatioinal orders will be posted by a recordered delivery and customers will be liable for any charges made by customs. 4. I can not except returns or give refunds on any handmade to order items. Any cancellations once the order has been made and paid for will be non refundable. 5. A sample proof for Stationery orders will be sent to ensure the design and wording are correct. All the details need to be checked and advise me of any changes. You will then need to sign it and return it to Kennedy Design. Customers are responsible for proof reading and Kennedy Design can not be held responsible for any errors that go unoticed after approval.
