Ordering Information

If you would like to place an order for anything, please check the and then either click on and fill in the boxes or email me or telephone me with your order. When an order is placed I will send you a copy of the order with an invoice. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of ordering, which is non refundable.Your order will be sent to you when the final balance has been paid. If the order is under £50 then full payment will be required at the time of ordering. I can accept cheques as payment from UK Banks, or you can pay through Paypal but this will mean adding a 4% charge to the total price. As everything is handmade please allow at least 4 -6 weeks upon receipt of your deposit. Stationery orders may take a little longer allowing at least 6-8weeks. If orders are more urgent please contact me to see if it is possible. Most orders unless very small will be posted Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. The cost will vary depending what it is and will be added to your invoice. Most of the larger pictures will not be able to be posted this way and therefore collection will have to be arranged or Royal Mail collection service at an extra cost. International orders will also be posted by a recorded delivery. Customers will be liable for any charges made by customs. I can send you 1 sample free of charge, but after this they will cost £2.50each. If you then place an order you will receive the cost of the samples back, up to £5. If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. As everything is handmade to order, any cancellations made once an order has been placed and paid for will be non refundable.
